These terms govern your use of the ClinicRev website (clinicrev.co.uk) and any enquiry you submit through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you become a client of ClinicRev, your service will be governed by a separate Client Services Agreement.

Service terms

If you become a client of ClinicRev, the terms of your service (including what is provided, subscription fees, cancellation, data handling, and the 60-day satisfaction commitment) are set out in a separate Client Services Agreement issued at the point of onboarding. These website terms do not govern that relationship.

What ClinicRev is not

ClinicRev is a marketing and revenue automation service. It is not a clinical system. It does not provide medical advice, handle clinical notes, manage consent forms, operate prescribing workflows, or perform any regulated clinical function. ClinicRev does not replace your practice management software or any clinical compliance tooling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicRev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law
