Very large databases (over 10,000 records) are scoped individually on the demo, because reactivation volume at that scale needs its own plan.
Your band is confirmed on the demo from your live record count, and it holds. We do not re-band mid-contract; your price is only reviewed at renewal.
A site is one patient record system. Two locations sharing one system count as a single site. Locations with separate systems are each their own site, each on its own band.
Why size-based? Because the value scales with your database: the bigger the patient list, the more dormant patients there are to bring back, and reactivation is usually the biggest recovered-revenue lever of all.
£1,200 per site, currently waived for clinics signing before 1 August 2026.
Initial 3-month period, then monthly with 30 days notice to cancel.
Not seeing meaningful results within 60 days? Cancel with no further obligation. This overrides the initial term.
